How many uplights do I need?
Six can highlight a small room or a few feature walls. Twelve is a flexible starting point for many medium reception rooms. Eighteen suits larger spaces or fuller perimeter coverage. Room dimensions, wall breaks and existing lighting still matter.
Are there cables around guests?
The core packages are designed around battery-powered uplights, so there are no power-cable runs between the fixtures during the event.
Is delivery included?
Delivery, setup and pickup are included in installed packages within the core Toronto service zone from the $499 package. Other GTA areas, small orders and late pickups may add a delivery or service charge.
Can you match our wedding colour?
A colour can be selected in advance. Exact appearance varies by wall colour, ambient light and venue materials, so a reference photo or colour swatch is useful.
When should we book?
Send your date as soon as your venue and schedule are confirmed. Availability is date-specific, especially during the May–October wedding season.
Are the posted prices final?
They are clear starting prices before HST. Venue access, travel zone, pickup time, room changes and requested add-ons are confirmed before a final booking quote.
What information should I send with my request?
Send the event date, city, venue name, room dimensions or photos, preferred colour and the setup and pickup windows. These details make the first recommendation much more accurate.
Do you serve cities outside Toronto?
Yes, selected GTA and Ontario projects are available by quote. Travel, crew time, equipment availability and pickup logistics are confirmed for each venue.
